A limited number of rooms were reserved at special rate for ESEIW participants at the following hotels. We are kindly asking you to place your reservation ASAP. NOTE: Rome and Roman Castles receive a lot of meetings, festivals, marriages, and tourists in September and October. Therefore, hotel occupancy in the city and suburbs reaches over 90%. Meeting participants are urged to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible. Cancellation policy is hotel specific. Look at the bottom of hotel reservation form for such a policy, please.

Hotel Villa Vecchia is a **** hotel located at Monte Porzio Catone (RM) on the boundary of the private hill-park of Villa Mondragone, where ESEIW events are held. Villa Vecchia - a 16th century building where cardinals, and popes' relatives used to live up to the construction of Villa Mondragone - was recently fully restored and adapted to hotel. Guests can commute with ESEIW meeting site by 10 to 20 minutes minute park-hill walk or 5 minutes hotel-van or cab trip. They can also commute with the center of the town of Frascati by 5 to 15 minutes cab trip or walk. A Hotel courtesy-van drops and picks-up arriving/departing customers at the Frascati railway station on call to, or direct request at, the Hotel Desk. Hotel Villa Grazioli is a Relays & Chateaux **** hotel located at Grottaferrata (RM) in a private garden-park, apx. 3 miles from Villa Mondragone, where ESEIW events are held, and 1 mile from the town of Frascati. Villa Grazioli, a wonderful 16th century palace which had the honor of guesting popes, was recently fully restored under the control of "Soprintendenza delle Belle Arti", and adapted to hotel. Guests can commute with ESEIW meeting site by 5 to 15 minutes of hotel-van or cab trip. They can also commute with the center of the town of Frascati by apx. 10 minutes hill-road walk or apx. 3 minutes cab trip.
